Award-winning developer Bellway Homes and the Knaresborough based company Horto, who design and construct contemporary Garden Rooms, have formed an exclusive partnership to create a new home Sales Centre at Bellway’s Jubilee Park development in Harrogate.
For the appealing Jubilee Park development of one to five bedroom homes, Horto needed to create a unique and eye-catching Sales Centre to showcase the high standards and attractiveness of these new homes. The building would be essential in enabling the company to start selling its homes off-plan, prior to construction.
Bellway also wanted a building that would not only reflect the high quality of its homes, but relocatable to become the perfect garden room addition to one of their modern and stylish new homes when Jubilee Park is complete.
The spacious Sales Centre features highly attractive and durable cedar cladding with large glazed windows that create a bright, airy and welcoming interior. The large open-plan space inside is configured to suit Bellway’s requirements for a sales and reception area.
